Jack Montgomery has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 1977 and brings nearly five decades of experience to his real estate and general litigation practice. Throughout his career, Jack has earned a reputation for thorough preparation, practical problem-solving, and dedicated advocacy for his clients.
Jack’s real estate work includes advising clients on transactions, property disputes, landlord–tenant matters, land use issues, and title concerns. He also maintains a broad general litigation practice, representing individuals, businesses, and property owners in a wide range of civil disputes.
With deep roots in the Washington legal community and decades of hands-on experience in and out of the courtroom, Jack provides steady, knowledgeable counsel grounded in professionalism and integrity.
Peter Schweda

Pete Schweda is an accomplished attorney with decades of experience practicing law in Washington State and in federal courts throughout the western United States. A graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law (Class of 1976), Mr. Schweda has built a respected career defined by integrity, dedication to justice, and strong advocacy for his clients.
He was admitted to practice law in the Washington State Courts in 1977, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Washington Supreme Court. Over the course of his career, he has handled a wide range of complex legal matters, appearing before trial and appellate courts with a reputation for thorough preparation and clear, persuasive argumentation.
Mr. Schweda has also contributed significantly to the administration of federal criminal justice. He served as a Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel representative for the Eastern District of Washington, where he worked to support high-quality defense representation for indigent defendants. In addition, he was appointed to the Ninth Circuit CJA Oversight Committee.

Ben graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2025, where he served as Vice President of the Street Law program and was actively involved in community legal education.
During his time at Gonzaga, Ben gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of practice. He interned in general civil litigation, supporting complex case preparation and legal research.
Ben brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to his work and is committed to helping clients navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
